PS5 Price!
A brief of Sony’s attempt in 9th generation of gaming consoles.
PS5 is
becoming more popular these days and here’s the fastest gaming console. It
seems that Sony had found a successful formula with PS4 and is going to
continue develop best first party games for PS5 too. Along with this approach,
PS5 has huge improvement that help developers to release amazing games.
What’s the difference between Digital and Standard PS5?
The 9th
generation of consoles started differently and 4 diverse consoles launched at
2020. Unlike Microsoft, Sony offers consoles with the same power. The only
differences running physical games and a hundred bucks in PS5 price!
What are PS5s’ improvements?
PS5 is powered by a custom eight-core AMD Zen 2 CPU and a custom AMD Radeon
RDNA 2 GPU based which provide 10.28 teraflops graphical power and makes it
much more powerful than a PS4 Pro. Thanks to the PS5’s Speedy SSD, you could
launch games as fast as a PC gamer and get rid of boring load screens.
PS5 console for a far future
Few people have a 4K TV or monitor and 4K has not become popular yet. Most of the gamers prefer higher refresh rates to experiencing games smoother. If you look intently to PS5’s box, you could see an 8K logo. By buy ps5, you can play games in 4k with 120 frames per second or 8k with 60 frames!
Darling DualSense
The PS5’s controller is a significant departure from old DualShocks.
DualSense has numerous brand-new features that might be the most interesting
feature of PS5. This is the first controller that doesn’t look like the
original DualShock (they have omitted the symbolic color of main buttons too).
DualSense is much heavier than the previous controllers and everyone can
keep it properly. They try to design DualSense inspired of Xbox controller ergonomie.
They also improved controllers’s battery and you can play 12 hours before your
DualSense become completely drained. Instead of “share button” we have “create
button” which gives you more Creation Studio tools. There is also a built-in
microphone that could cover voices of a large space around.
It’s not just the look of the DualSnese that’s new. Instead of traditional rumbles, we have “haptic feedback” that reflect your character situation in game and gives you a different level of interaction with it. The controller also has “adaptive triggers” that can simulate in-game resistances. If you want to shoot a robotic dinosaur in Horizon Forbidden West, pushing the trigger will be as hard as pulling back a real bow! With these new technologies, a lot of realistic tension will be added to the game.
Exclusive games
Sony introduced many new IPs in the previous generation and they also
bought several studios. PS Studios are stronger than ever and all of them are
developing several games for PS5.
Let’s start with Santa Monica. They are going to launch their highly
expected game, God of War: Ragnarok, before winter and also they have
remastered God of War (2018) for PS5 and PC. Naughty Dog will have The Last of
Part I in next few weeks and they’re also working on new project which we don’t
know exactly is a sequel or a new IP.
Guerrilla games started a nice year with Horizon Forbidden West and seems that they are working on VR version and a Multiplayer section. Insominac launched Ratchet and Clanck: Rift Apart last year and nicely used PS5’s features. After remastering previous Spider-Man’s for PS5, they introduced Spider-Man 2 which is gonna come out next year. It seems that {Hideo Kojima} and his studio are working on Death Stranding’s sequel but there’s no clue when the game will be released. Sucker Punch surprised everyone with Ghost of Tsushima and their employment ads inform that they are working on a sequel.
Finally PlayStation has “backward compatibility”!
One of the Xbox’s advantages was backward compatibility and Xbox Players
were able to play old games on their new console. PS5 somehow has this feature
but not as complete as Xbox!
PS5 could run most of the PS4 games and you could experience any game that
you may have been missed with higher frame rate and resolution. With
PlayStation Plus subscription you can access to a large collection of PS4 games
and there is also a huge pack of nostalgic PS1 and PS2's. Unfortunately you
can’t install PS3 games yet and streaming is the only way to experience those
games on new PlayStaions.
