Refund for Physical Goods:
You have the right to cancel your order while it is being processed and right before it is shipped from the warehouse to your delivery address, without any deductions or additional charges. In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact our experts as soon as possible.
When the product reaches you, within 24 hours of delivery if the product is still in the original packaging, you have the right to return the purchased product. Please note that refunds take up to 3 business days.
Palm Plus Digital Goods:
Palm Plus digital goods are also subject to return policies. Please note that the refund amount will be determined based on the remaining days of the service at the time of return.
Refundable Items:
If a refund is accepted by palmmarket.ae after the product has been shipped, please note that certain charges, such as delivery or gift wrapping fees, are non-refundable.
If the product has not left our warehouse, the full amount will be refunded to your account. Otherwise, if the product has already left our warehouse, the amount will be deducted as mentioned above.
