What is your Exchange / Refund policy?

palmmarket.ae will Exchange / Refund any product provided the following 4 conditions are met:

1.The product is accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

2.The Product is sealed and in its Original Condition.

3.The product is exchanged or returned within 10 days from delivery date.

How can I return the product?

1.The product should be sent by mail.

2.Costumer is responsible for providing a return label and fees for defective products.

3.Costumer is responsible for providing a return label and fees for remorse.

4.There is no restocking fee.
